Now my school, James P Grant School of Public Health (BRAC UNIVERSITY) is accepting scholarship application for one year MPH course and deadline is 30 June 08 .http://sph.bracu.ac.bd/ .
If you want degree with theory and practical experience, you should think this programme although it is in Bangladesh. According to programme, you have to go to field at every course and write report and make presentation after field visit. In our academic year, about 60% of our professors are come from other countries such as US,UK and Europe.
It is also very useful for someone who have years of experiences (atleast 3 years in NGO field) and need degree.Yes I don’t think fresh graduate is suitable for this course.Because she/he will not or cannot absorb easily.Or atleast he/she may not know about the benefits.
It is not same with Europe or US university where there are over 100 student per classroom normally. But our classroom is small size and about 30 students from 12 countries.Yes half of them are from Bangladeshi students.
By the way, if you cannot work or study the course the whole day from morning to midnight at least 6 months, it is better not to choose this course. You will feel regret for choosing this.
Finally your English level should be atleast Ban 6 in IELTS but it is better if your English level is ban 6.5.
Best Regards
